The listed number of photos per photoshoot is merely an estimate. This number fluctuates depending on the property. I base this number on what I feel is best to show off the property and its important to give clients many photo options when it comes time to list the property.
Preparing your property for a photoshoot:
Have all ceiling fans off before the photoshoot and turn on the lights in each room.
Please have the property cleaned before arrival with pets and people out of the way. Cleaned windows and mirrors will photograph better. Staging and decorating should primarily be done before the photoshoot. Anything that significantly extends the photoshoot past an hour and a half may change the original quoted price.
Helpful tip: Have your cars parked on the street in front of the property before the photoshoot. This way we can move the cars before taking exterior shots and not have vehicles obstruct the view. Trash bins may need to be moved as well.
Wide angle lenses are typically used for interior rooms so anything not desired in the shot should be removed.
Please notify any tenants before the photoshoot. If tenants aren’t notified in advance only front exterior photos will be taken.
